Coach Gatlin is driven to use his own life experiences, laughter and relevant topics to inspire and motivate parents, teachers, students, and the community. He loves to challenge people to think and enjoy themselves in the process.

Coach Gatlin is a former college and professional football player (Q.B. from Compton Ca.). He's also a former middle and high school championship coach who is now enjoying his other passions as a public school principal, published author and a motivational speaker. He earned his Master's Degree from Pepperdine University and he's been an educator and a transformational leader for more than two decades.
